Very friendly gentleman with a desire to just help people he even called me the next day to follow up to let me know everything he did as I wasn't able to be there. I'm really grateful for this service. When I met with clients to list their house, they asked me to help find a service for them. We discussed just draining the hot tub since nobody was using it. Fortunately Laura explained that was more costly and not good for the spa. Then after the second service they called me and said that since the snow had melted there was trash around the spa from previous vacation renters. I felt they went above and beyond to let me know so we could get it cleaned up. Thanks again Tahoe Pool Service!

I have been using this company for several years for regular services and some fixes if needed for our spa in my rental property. I find the customer service very good (especially lately with Cindy joining the company) and the technicians reliable. Like a couple of weeks ago, Cameron, their technician, when he could not service our spa properly on the first attempt (because of our problems) he made the effort coming back again. It was during the holiday time and I really appreciated his extra effort. And a couple of times in the past, when some issues would come up, Tyler helped in resolving them promptly. They provide all around good service. thank you.

Excellent service! We suffered an outage/issue with our outside hot tub following a big snow storm and they answered our phone call at 7:30 AM. They told us in advance where we stood with the service call, kept us updated and arrived on time as promised. They were efficient and found the issue quickly, repaired it. We spoke to Derek the son of the owner on the phone and the Josh repairman was excellent. The service fee of $90 invoice will be emailed to us and was
certainly a reasonable charge. If we ever need service again we will certainly call them immediately.

I called all over the Lake Tahoe area to find someone to fix a Jacuzzi bathtub. Someone suggested Tahoe Pool Service. I called them late yesterday, they came over today, and problem solved! It was a breaker switch hidden behind a linen closet we would have never found. Saved us hundreds of dollars since we were envisioning buying a new bathtub. These guys rock. I had a leak in my hot tub. I scheduled an appointment, he arrived and fixed "a" leak. We also discussed what would be the cost to replace the hot tub, and if this fix didn't work. So, he did fix a leak, but it was still leaking. I called back and he recommended buying a 11.00 pool sealer, to save me money. That pool sealer fixed the other leak -- these guys are honest, reliable and more than fair.

I was stuck up the creek with a 700 lb. hot tub and no one to install it when I called this company based on the Yelp reviews. From the nice lady in the office to the 4 guys that came out today everyone was very nice and professional. Watching the movement and installation of the tub from the front driveway, over a rough lawn, thru a fence gate that was literally within 1mm of the width of the pallet to lowering and righting the tub--it was like watching a ballet albeit with big sweaty guys and an enormous hot tub instead of young girls and swans. Very professional and the price was right on their initial estimate.

We are so incredibly grateful that our home warranty company picked Tahoe Pool Service to take care of the issues we were having with our hot tub. We placed our claim on a Tuesday, diagnostics took place on a Wednesday and by Thursday, we were up and running. Since then, we have decided to purchase all of our supplies from them as well. They carry a large variety of chemicals, filters and are always willing to provide us with guidance. We have had interactions with many staff members and everyone is kind and helpful.
